• Provide support for all customer inquiries via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying customer needs
• Work with other departments to resolve complex customer requests according to their needs and requirements
• Document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Keep up to date on services, policies and processes to ensure implementation and accurate information
