Responsibilities:
- Connect with transferees that are about to move their home over one way video chat
- Identify items and document details that are important to the customer
- Work with colleagues and customers to ensure a great customer experience
Requirements:
- English language proficiency is a must
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Able to multi-task
- Self-starter/Self-motivated
- Good phone and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
