Helbiz is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for providing our customers with expedient, professional and empathetic support. Our operation is running seven days a week, so if you are ready to work in daily shifts and you are self-motivated, creative and have excellent customer service skills including empathy and the ability to troubleshoot issues, we look forward to hearing from you!


  • Fluent in both written and oral Italian and English 
  • Multitasking is your strong suit and you are prepared to manage multiple incoming interactions simultaneously without letting things slip
  • Prior work experience in customer service is a plus, but also if you are new to the customer care world, we are ready to share our knowledge and experience with you
  • Proficient computer user (MS Office, Internet browsers)
  • Willing to work in daily shifts (within the time slot 7:00-23:00). Full-time work, 5 days a week, occasionally including weekends and holidays


  • Fluid and fluent communication with our customers, couriers and other members of the team
  • Manage customer requests in a timely manner via email, Live Chat and by phone
  • Sharing information with customers about the app, vehicles, menu, orders, ingredients, etc.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries and provide feedback to relevant departments to help improve customer experience
