HR Operations Trainee
Location: Subotica
Job Description
- Administer employees request that are raised over ticketing system (various confirmations, garnishments and employment related documents)
- Maintains the garnishments in the system to be processed at next payroll run
- Maintains HR Master data in the system in case of new hiring, contract element change or leaving
- Registering employment at relevant national registers
- Preparing all relevant employment documentation, prints and provide documents to the employees to be signed
- Perform archiving process according to the procedure
- Collects all documents related sickness and paid leaves and control the data maintenance of the leaves in the system
- Performs control of working hours in the system
- Prepare reports according to the requests delivered to HR Operations
Qualifications
- University degree in economics or law
- English Language Skills at minimum B2 level
