Project Support – Norwegian language 

Location: Belgrade

Primary tasks: 
·         Facilitate and follow up on the communication between employees on site and external parties in Norway 

·         Keep track of field teams travels within Norway

·         Provide high level administrative support

·         Prepare different reports, letters, statements and other documents

·         Documents translation

·         Manage the flow of information, correspondence, corporate documents, records, and reports

·         Planning, preparing and delivering lessons of Norwegian language to office employees

 
Ideal candidate should have:
·         University degree

·         Excellent knowledge of Norwegian language, both spoken and written

·         Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written

·         Knowledge and experience in relevant MS office applications 

·         Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

·         Positive attitude, eloquence and kindness

·         Ability to work under pressure

·         Independence in work and attention to details
