We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads and setting up sales opportunities. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset. If you are a self-starter with a proven track record in sales development, we want to hear from you.


1.     Prospect and generate new leads through outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other creative methods.

2.     Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, pain points, and buying potential.

3.     Conduct effective and engaging conversations with prospects to identify their challenges and how our solutions can address their specific requirements.

4.     Utilize CRM software to manage lead information, track progress, and maintain accurate records of all activities.

5.     Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and differentiate them in the market.

6.     Continuously improve and optimize sales development processes, including lead generation strategies, messaging, and outreach techniques.

7.     Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and trends.

8.     Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and contribute to the creation of sales collateral and messaging.


1.     Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2.     1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.

3.     Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targets.

4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.

5.     Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on identifying and leveraging opportunities.

6.     Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

7.     Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

8.     Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9.     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

10.   Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
