Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist at Hilton Belgrade. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting and registering guests, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests at the spa.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean environment within the Health Club.
  • Greeting all Health Club visitors warmly.
  • Organizing tours for all visitors to promote the Health Club.
  • Assessing guest satisfaction and tracking trends with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Executing all cleaning and maintenance plans as outlined and keeping records of such activities.
  • Providing information about services to guests.
  • Maintaining orderly documentation.
  • Understanding the functioning of the Spa center and gym.
  • Attending meetings organized by the Health Club Manager, as well as meetings concerning all hotel employees.
  • Ensuring immediate reporting of errors and taking necessary measures if equipment needs attention.
  • Managing inventory and any damages.
  • Conducting monthly inventory counts with the Health Club team.
  • Keeping records of Health Club occupancy, planned guest arrivals, and departures.
  • Scheduling massages and treatments.
  • Handling money and the cash register, as well as ensuring the proper closing of the register and daily revenues.
  • Ensuring that all sales are accurately recorded in the system and all payments are processed and recorded in accordance with hotel and legal procedures.
  • Managing, analyzing, and promptly resolving problems or emergencies that arise.
  • Informing the Health Club Manager and Supervisors of any guest or team member complaints.
  • Covering all reception duties when necessary.
  • Assisting other departments as needed.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health club operations and procedures.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
