Description:

Have you ever tried to explain to stakeholders why you need direct user feedback to make informed decisions, only to face resistance? You're not alone! In this session, we’ll explore how to align UX insights with business goals, overcome resistance, and clearly communicate research impact. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, you'll learn how to turn research into a decision-making powerhouse. Join us and bridge the gap between UX and business!

Bio:

Ivan is a psychologist and psychotherapist whose passion for the digital world led him into UX. He firmly believes that the best products are created by multidisciplinary teams that step outside their own perspectives and put themselves in the users' shoes. After years of working as a freelance consultant, he established the UXR team and processes at United Cloud, the innovation center of United Group, whose most well-known product, EON, is an entertainment platform present in seven Southeast European markets.
