Product Managers should be not only user advocates and delivery managers but also commercial leaders of their product. Unfortunately, many PMs shy away from looking into the business side of their work, thinking that they need financial education or an MBA to master it. In this talk, we will uncover that many PMs already possess most of the needed commercial skills, and understand how to apply them in the workplace to create impact and strengthen relationships with business stakeholders.

Bio:

Viktoria Korzhova is the COO and VP of Product at Product People. She completed her PhD in Neuroscience and since then she has 8+ years of Product Management experience and 6+ years of building and scaling teams. She has worked with companies like Blinkist, Zalando, WeShare (now MILES), JetBrains, Meister, QS and others.
As employee #1 of Product People, she's been at the forefront of scaling the team and processes and establishing operations on different levels.
