After the successful completion of the 12th Balkans Beyond Borders Short Film Festival which was held on 28-31 October in Pristina Kosovo, we are more than happy to announce its Athens Edition on 10-12 December at Trianon Movie Theater.
Balkans Beyond Borders brings the Festival at its base, Athens in order to create a twinning cities Festival (Pristina & Athens 2021) and act as a stage of cultural diplomacy, sharing of experiences and Balkan culture promotion.
Its multi-thematic character consists of film screenings, performing arts, open discussions and training workshops that aim to analyze the imprint of the pandemic by re-approaching the person's contact with themselves, the city and others, the role of gender in the workplace and the effective integration of inclusive arts for a more equal and sensitized society.
