Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing case files and registration requests/applications, under supervision
- Providing legal advice to clients, under supervision
- Drafting legal documentation, under supervision
- Assisting lawyers with case preparation, requests, motions, applications, and other documents
- Liaising with clients as needed
- Attending court and other legal processes — shadowing and observing lawyers, with opportunities for hands-on experience
- Maintaining a trainee diary of work and training
- Coordinating with HR to arrange and attend professional skills courses and training
- Attending client meetings, under supervision
- Conducting legal research as requested
- Writing legal articles and reviews on various topics
- Other duties as assigned

Essential (E):

- A genuine desire to make clients and colleagues feel valued and respected
- Honesty, reliability, and a proactive attitude in all tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Serbian
- Ability to understand and analyze complex issues and information
Desirable (D):
- Sound understanding of all areas of law studied at college
- Interest in specializing in key areas such as commercial, contract, information, or employment law
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary, project-based environment
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Candidates who meet the following criteria will be given an advantage:
- Unemployed status for at least 3 months, registered with the National Employment Service
- No work experience in the field of qualification or work experience shorter than the required duration for the internship
