What You'll Do

Ensure compliance with all import and export regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements.
Prepare, review, and submit customs-related documentation accurately and on time.
Monitor changes in customs regulations and maintain compliance with current procedures.
Resolve customs clearance issues efficiently while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Coordinate customs clearance activities to facilitate the smooth and legal movement of goods.
Communicate with customs authorities, brokers, and supply chain partners to optimize processes.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the highest standards of attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
No previous experience required
Comfortable working a rotating schedule, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
