Data Analytics & AI Support Internship
Job Description
- Support Data & AI Solutions: Assist the Data Analytics team in delivering cutting-edge analytics, structured reporting, and modern AI/automation solutions for global business stakeholders.
- Data Quality & Integrity Management: Perform comprehensive data quality checks, troubleshoot data anomalies across ERP and reporting systems, and coordinate with senior team members for escalations.
- Business Analysis & Dashboarding: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end dashboard development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Technical Operations & Validation: Execute data validation, system testing, and basic coding tasks to ensure pipeline reliability.
- Drive AI & Automation Initiatives: Assist in the development and deployment of AI use cases, including AI agents and process automation tools.
- Create technical documentation and user enablement materials to help teams adopt new AI features.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with data engineers, business analysts, and business units to drive continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skillset: Solid foundational knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with or strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and automation workflows.
- Soft Skills & Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, agile teams.
- High curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Languages: Business-fluent in written and spoken English.
