Tasks

Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders and requisitions in SAP.
Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery status and collect relevant documentation.
Support inventory monitoring, material planning and basic data analysis.
Maintain material, supplier and pricing data in SAP.
Support supplier approval and procurement-related activities in cooperation with relevant functions.
Prepare basic reports and KPI updates.
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in meetings, workshops and projects.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Direct Purchasing team.

Requirements

Final-year student of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies or a candidate with relevant qualifications, preferably in Economics, Organisational Sciences, or a comparable field
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Conversational level of English
Analytical and structured approach to work
Good organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
Good communication and teamwork skills
Motivation and willingness to learn and develop in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain
