Your Skills:

·         Proficient in English, both oral and written.

·         Good computer literacy skills.

·         Strong judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to remain calm under pressure.

·         Effective multitasking and attention to detail.

·         Ability to prioritize tasks.

·         Supportive team member, always willing to assist others.

Your Education and Experience:

·         High School diploma (aviation, technical, traffic, tourism school is preferred).

·         Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.

·         Previous experience in aviation, transport, logistics, and tourism is a plus.

Your Key Responsibilities:

·         Ensure the smooth running of ground operations by arranging pre-flight operational services such as ground handling, overflight and landing permits, and fuel orders in different locations.

·         Prepare pre-flight administration, flight plans, and flight briefings.

·         Communicate and provide support to the Operator Sales teams.

·         Track live flights and assist the flight crew when needed.

·         Organize transportation and hotel arrangements for the crew.

·         Organize other services required for the flights to be performed.

·         Promptly manage incoming information.
