Key responsibilities:

Assist the Implementation Support Team Leader in the successful and efficient operation of all aspects of the departments operation including the coordination with other departments and directors; accounting; contract administration and other requirements
Verification of the key elements of the signed contracts with the Business customers, on the basis of which the agreed conditions are further implemented
Implementation within systems signed Contracts with Business Customers (Annex and the amendments to Annexes special conditions)
Initial/online business customers checks according to a defined procedure (NBS, APR, Check point, Black list, Oracle…) and consultation with relevant stakeholder if necessary
Creating delivery orders (devices, SIM cards, accessories) through Business Portal, Beasy, WSA
Following the trends and creating reports about devices management on weekly/monthly/quarterly level
Bringing new creative ideas to positively impact on the team and the customer experience

For a good start, you will need:

High school degree / college degree
2 years of experience in wireless industry, sales coordination, administration or customer support
Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to make decisions and solve problems
Experience managing customer inquiries and ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional manner
Personal commitment to providing quality products and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with different audiences and high level of business understanding
