As a member of the AI Adoption and Enablement team, you will be at the heart of our AI adoption journey: helping teams across the company embrace AI tools, embed agentic workflows into everyday operations, and build a strong culture of AI-powered, data-driven decision making.

What we will expect from you:

Drive AI adoption across the organization by coordinating AI projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs, and tracking and reporting adoption progress.
Scout, evaluate, and pilot new AI solutions — including agentic AI tools and autonomous workflows — and demonstrate their practical, high-impact applications to business units.
Contribute to building a company-wide AI culture where experimentation with AI is encouraged, shared, and celebrated.

For a good start you will need:

University degree — or final year of university.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g. LLM-based assistants, AI agents, automation platforms) and genuine curiosity about where the technology is heading.
An enablement mindset: you enjoy teaching, demonstrating, and helping others adopt new ways of working.
