Manage the device ordering process for business customers, including smartphones, USB and GPS modems, laptops, tablets and new SIM cards.
Provide support throughout the ordering process by creating orders and order forms and monitoring the available budget.
Review key elements of signed agreements with business customers and ensure the implementation of agreed terms in relevant systems.
Implement changes to tariff plans, approved benefits, discounts, add-ons and other contractual conditions.
Maintain records of contract amendments and update customer information across relevant systems.
Conduct initial online checks of business customers in line with defined procedures and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when needed.
Manage pre-orders for flagship device models, ensuring timely procurement based on availability.
Monitor and manage device budgets, including reporting, adjustments, corrections, alternative pricing and budget overruns.
Create delivery orders for devices, SIM cards and additional equipment through relevant business systems.
Monitor device management trends and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Classify customer interactions to support service improvements.
Monitor orders placed through digital sales channels, analyse results and propose process and system improvements.
