What we will expect from you:
- Supporting the sales process of external partners by conducting all necessary analyses of customer profiles and their eligibility for various products and services.
- Maintaining administrative coordination between external sales agents and internal departments across the company.
- Completing offers and processing contracts initiated by external sales representatives, while ensuring that all relevant information is accurately entered into internal systems in accordance with CRM procedures.
- Contacting customers to arrange the delivery of products and services.
- Coordinating all necessary activities for external partners to ensure the efficient closing of sales interactions with new and existing Yettel customers.
For a good start you will need:
- Minimum High School education
- Good command of English
- Proactive mindset and initiative
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability in your work
