Monitoring, controlling, and coordinating work orders for fiber-optic installations and IRU migrations.
Scheduling installations in line with customer needs and technician availability.
Ensuring balanced allocation of technician assignments across designated regions to maximize operational efficiency.
Maintaining daily, professional communication with customers, sales teams, technicians, and senior technicians.
Identifying installation-related issues, escalating them to the relevant teams, and monitoring their resolution.

At least a high school diploma.
Good computer skills, particularly in Excel, email, and various business applications.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Basic English language skills.
Willingness to work shifts, including afternoon, weekend, and, when necessary, night shifts.
