The opportunity
The JTI Graduate Program is a 12-month paid traineeship starting in February/March 2027, with the possibility of continuing your career at JTI. The Global Graduate Program is a standard global model designed to attract, accelerate, and develop future-ready talent at JTI. Through real business experiences, development opportunities, and meaningful projects, graduates gain the skills and exposure needed to build their careers in an international environment.

You’ll be heading to Hamburg for the Make It Bright Final Event in May 2027. You’ll also have the opportunity to attend the OMR Festival and hear from industry leaders shaping the future of tech, marketing, and innovation.
Is Make it Bright for you?
You're eligible if you:
- Are at least 21 years old;
- Have a bachelor’s degree or higher (or be graduating by January 2027);
- Have no more than two years of full-time professional experience;
- Currently live in the country you’re applying to and hold a valid work permit;
- Have professional proficiency in English.

1. Register
The Make It Bright Challenge takes place on Instagram. Follow us to stay up to date and apply.
2. Compete
Complete the two digital challenges until November 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM (GMT+1). We’ll share all the details on our Instagram page.
3. Meet our team
Top participants from each country will meet their local JTI team and take part in interviews as part of the selection process for the Graduate Program.
4. Attend the Final Event
If you’re one of the top 25 participants, you’ll join us in Hamburg for the Final Event taking place in May 2027, where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from leading experts in tech, marketing and innovation.
