QA Engineer Intern
This internship is designed as a learning and career development pathway into a Junior QA Engineer role.
You will work alongside our QA and Development teams, contributing to the testing of our webbased SaaS platform. You’ll be engaged in requirement analysis, test case preparation, manual execution, bug reporting, and optionally supporting the creation of automated tests.
The Internship Program is designed to last 6 months.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze requirements and assist in creating detailed test cases.
- Perform manual testing and support test execution efforts.
- Log, track, and verify defects using issue tracking systems.
- Help prepare and maintain testing documentation.
- Learn and apply QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Optionally, contribute to writing and maintaining automated test scripts, depending on your skillset and interest.
What You’ll Learn
- QA fundamentals in a real-world SaaS environment.
- End-to-end testing process in Agile workflows.
- Use of tools like Jira, Postman, SQL and Git.
- Practical understanding of how QA supports product quality, release cycles, and customer satisfaction.
- (Optional) Basics of QA Automation using tools like Playwright.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Some experience, or very strong interest in pursuing a career in QA engineering.
- Some familiarity with Agile frameworks and QA testing.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Attention to details and dedication to quality.
Nice to Have
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Exposure to any QA or development tools through university projects or self-learning.
