Main responsibilities:

Resolve abnormal issues with the plant SCADA system promptly and efficiently
Conduct operation and maintenance tasks for other IoT projects as required
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and concerns.
Demonstrate the feasibility of implementation schemes to clients.
Offer opinions and recommendations regarding MES, PLC, and IoT-related matters.
Basic Experience programing PLC - Siemens tia portal
Basic Experience in SQL
Maintain detailed event records and manage knowledge bases during operation and maintenance activities.
Provide timely feedback to the development and operation teams based on observations and experiences.
Address abnormal handling, change requests, demand analysis, and technology promotion initiatives promptly.
Collaborate with the factory team to ensure efficient resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, and IoT technologies.
Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
