Requirements
- No experience required! We are looking for self-starters.
- Good written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus.
- All our team goes through a 1-week onboarding training. We assign you a supervisor to help you navigate your way around and continuous education.
- Experience in tracking, tracing, and data entry is a plus.

Job Description
As a Track and Trace Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating our day-to-day shipments and supporting the efforts of our office by providing visibility and maintaining accurate documentation for all loads. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:
- Performing data entry for order and load tracking and tracing.
- Providing clear and concise communication, troubleshooting customer concerns, and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Closely monitoring freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and to notify customers of potential delays.
- Supporting and communicating with dispatchers as needed.
