Job Description
- Optimization of transport routes. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and finding solutions for their improvement.
- Daily communication with the LSP-s Leadership in critical transport situations.
- Organizing of special transport
- Regular checking of traffic routes, including the procedure for sending shipments.
- Comparative overview for each transport solution (comparison of different solutions)
- Checking Istar status
- Reporting (KPIs)
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Identifying potential improvements and proposing appropriate measures for improvement
- Detecting deviations
- Tracking special shipments
- Daily tracking of all special freights
- Sending tracking reports to LOP planners
- Informing LOP in case of delay
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
- Advanced Excell skills
- Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
- Proactive and structured work
- Good organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Fluency in English
