2026 Government of Estonia Scholarship Details:
The Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and the Education and Youth Board offer scholarships to foreign nationals, pursuant to bilateral intergovernmental or inter-ministerial agreements concluded with other countries.
Starting from the year 2016, the Government of Estonia Scholarships based on international agreements are offered in the framework of the Estonian Scholarship Programme for international students, researchers, and academic staff.
The scholarship supports the participation of foreign students in summer and winter schools at Estonian universities.
Scholarships can be applied for by foreign bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students who, by the time of applying, have studied in their universities for at least one year (including former study levels).
