<p>Applications for the DAAD Rosa Luxemburg Scholarship 2025 are now open for domestic and international students.</p>
<p>The RLF is a political educational organisation closely affiliated with DIE LINKE (The Left Party) which awards scholarships to international students planning to obtain a doctorate or carry out a doctoral research stay in Germany.</p>
<p>The sponsorship is based upon the Foundation&rsquo;s political values: social justice and solidarity in particular.</p>

<p>To be considered for the Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarship 2025, you must satisfy the following criteria:</p>

<li>enrolment at a state or state-recognised higher education institution in Germany</li>
<li>supervision by a university lecturer in Germany</li>
<li>very good graduate degree</li>
<li>social engagement in line with the values of the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation</li>
<li>proficiency in German at a B2 level at least (proof required)</li>

<h2><strong>Benefits of DAAD Rosa Luxembourg Scholarship 2025</strong></h2>

<li>The Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarship Department awards grants to foreign students (Master only) and PhD students who are temporarily residing in Germany for study or research purposes.</li>
<li>Doctoral candidates receive a grant of 1,450 EUR each month plus a mobility allowance of 100 EUR and, if necessary, health care subsidies.</li>
<li>2 years with the option to extend the period twice for 6 months for academic or technical reasons, and up to another year due to illness, disability or parental leave.</li>
