Responsibilities:
receiving and distributing calls in English,
placing calls and applications in the database;
document management, dispatching / receiving mail, formation of presentations;
registration of correspondence;
office life support (order of office, products, household goods, gifts);
work with service providers,
supporting operation team with various tasks including authority/bank visits;
document preparation and similar;
support the work of department employees.
We expect:
English language proficiency at least B2 level (written and oral);
experience as an administrator/assistant/secretary is an advantage;
knowledge of the MS Office software package at the level of a confident user.
