Job Description:

• Oversees the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Leads the design team, coordinates with clients and team members, and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Plays a key role in mentoring junior staff and driving innovation in design practices.
• Be able to travel abroad for client meetings several days per month or when required.
• Assists in the design and development of architectural projects.
• Prepares architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Contributes to the development of innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Landscape Architecture.
• Excellent English language skills are required as projects are conducted in English.
• Licensed architect with relevant state certification.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects in various sectors.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Lumion.
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Skills:

• Design Excellence: Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative design skills.
• Background or experience working on landscaping projects is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of architectural software and technology.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Time Management: Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
