We’re looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator with a sharp mind and a strong interest in military history.
We're considering candidates based in Belgrade or those planning to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Support and coordination of 3D animation projects at all stages of the pipeline: from modeling to final rendering;
• Maintain production schedule and control deadlines for each stage;
• Coordination of cross-functional teams, organization of interaction between departments: historical research, modeling, animation, sound, editing;
• Tracking the status of tasks in project management systems (Trello, ftrack, Slack, etc.);
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation (from trackers to calendars and reports);
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other information for internal and external stakeholders;
• Communication with directors, teams, and stakeholders;
• Collecting, structuring, and communicating technical information between departments;
• Provide support to the COO in all areas of business operations.

Requirements:

• 6 months or more experience in a similar position;
• Willingness to learn quickly;
• Excellent planning, time management, and multi-tasking skills;
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and tracking software (of your choice);
• Attention to detail, organize,d and responsible;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with artists and technicians;
• Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).

Will be a plus:

• Experience working in a 3D animation production, CG, or VFX studio;
• Knowledge of the full production cycle of a 3D project and a basic understanding of technical processes;
• Understanding of the fundamentals of Animatics and pipeline in animation;
• Experience working on international projects.
