Key Responsibilities & What You’ll Learn:
- Assist in tender research and documentation preparation: Learn how to conduct research for tenders and prepare essential documentation for business opportunities.
- Help manage and update referral websites and social networks: Gain experience in managing online presence and learn strategies for effective social media management.
- Support initial sales inquiries and ensure proper data entry into Pipedrive, ERP, and CRM: Learn the basics of sales processes and CRM tools, including Pipedrive and ERP systems, to manage client interactions.
- Assist in preparing documents, taking meeting minutes, and organizing meetings: Develop organizational and communication skills by preparing documents and facilitating smooth meetings.
- Help maintain HR administration and financial coordination: Understand how HR administration works and learn how to assist with financial coordination and billing processes.
