We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an ELD Monitoring & Assistance Operator. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to our clients via telephone and specific software. Fluency in both Serbian and English is mandatory for this position. This is a 24/7 center, requiring the ability to work various shifts:

Morning: 06:00 - 15:00

Day: 15:00 - 23:00

Night: 23:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to ELD devices and software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions and provide feedback to management for improving the customer experience.
• Stay updated with new ELD technologies and features to ensure accurate and efficient support.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for customer satisfaction, call volume, and technical accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ELD devices and software is a plus.
• Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document customer interactions accurately.
