Friendly and creative people that are eager to learn about all the possible functions of the device will need your advice, help and recommendation - that's when your knowledge is invaluable! You will help our customers regarding:

Using the device and the latest features
Resolving customer’s concerns about the product
Providing information on the current status of the warranty
Assistance during the complaint process
Support for web shop platforms
Monitoring of technical innovations according to changes in the market

What are we looking for:

You have a high level of German language and writing is your stronger side
You are proficient in English (B2-C1)
Previous experience in technical support would be an advantage
You are interested in the tech field and want to learn more
You are motivated, organized and independent
You like working in a team
