Specializing in the E-coat process to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s production sector.
Contributing to the growth of the qualification rate and improving production capacity. Reducing oxidation costs.
Formulating production and technical regulations, maintenance plans, operational procedures, and supervising their implementation while resolving on-site issues.
Involved in the development of new products, debugging, verification, and formulation of process standards. Addressing and resolving issues, supporting and accepting new company projects.
Working on cost reduction cases and developing new technologies to ensure the smooth operation of production.
Conducting supplier audits and handling customer complaints and audits.

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in materials, chemistry, or other engineering fields.
Familiar with the equipment principles and process flow of anodizing.
Strong abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Basic knowledge of chemistry and a strong desire to learn.
Strong understanding of project management processes in the automotive industry.
Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards.
