Claims Dispute Intern
Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination and efficient handling of operational tasks.
- Issue short shipment and warranty credits, and manage documentation for product returns.
- Capture and document standard customer complaints; investigate and resolve disputes.
- Prepare reports on dispute processes and success rates, including metrics such as the number of disputes filed and financial recovery achieved.
- Support the Logistics Dispute Analyst with standard customer requests.
Qualifications
- Background in business, logistics, or related field (student or recent graduate).
- Analytical mindset with interest in reporting and data interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage.
