Purpose
As a Clinical Operations Intern at Roche, you will play a vital role in supporting the Clinical Operations team by ensuring the efficient and precise management of country-level clinical trial documentation and regulatory processes. Your contributions will be instrumental in streamlining document workflows, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the secure and organized handling of critical information.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting document management, quality review checks and completion of country - level Trial Master File;
- Managing shared study areas (G-drive) according to company standards;
- Ensuring that the documents are collected to support country regulatory processes;
- Supporting the management of investigator site payments;
- All other relevant activities in coordination with local Clinical Operations Chapter members
Requirements & Qualifications
- You are a final year student of the Faculty of Pharmacy, or Faculty of Medicine
- You have advanced knowledge of MC Office package
- You have good knowledge of the English language
- You are precise, accurate and you have a thorough approach to tasks and responsibilities
- You are ready to learn and collaborate with the team
- You have good communication skills and high level of self-organization
