Job Description:

• Assist in analyzing and evaluating procurement markets within the purchasing area.
• Support in conducting group-wide, international requirement analysis.
• Help in bundling requirements and coordinating tenders.
• Assist in carrying out inquiries, quotation comparisons, evaluations, and QAF analysis for series and future series materials of the category, considering price, quality, delivery performance, and technology.
• Support the preparation of decision-making documents for the award of contracts in various internal committees (e.g., International Sourcing Table, project team).
• Coordinate with departments involved, including project purchasing, category management, development, controlling, legal, accounting, and logistics.
• Assist in carrying out process and value analysis with selected suppliers.
• Participate in make-or-buy decisions.
• Participate in escalation talks when needed.

Skills and Qualifications 

• Ongoing or completed university degree (commercial or technical).
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).
• Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in negotiating.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
