We are looking for a person to work in the position of Customer care specialist in the logistics sector.
Qualifications:
- Hold a University degree in fields of economy, mechanical and technical engineering, management, logistics
Have knowledge of:
- Customer management principle
- Work with customer portals and EDI messages
- Customs law and rules for customs clearance of goods
- Basics of invoicing and invoice elements
- The principles of LEAN production
- CSR
- The requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
- To be well acquainted with working on a computer: MS Office package
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Possessing good negotiating skills
Responsibilities:
- Receiving customer orders and registering them
- Creating logistics protocols that will lead to the correct connections of customer’s and production names of finished products
- Analyzing customer requirements
- Management and resolution of logistical anomalies and complaints
- Update customer portals
- Delivery schedule management
- Monitoring the shelf life of finished products
- Results and Performance Management (KPI)
- Coordinating cost control for shipping finished products
- Participation in the work of multidisciplinary project teams
- Optimizing cooperation with customers and proposing changes to certain elements logistics protocols
- Participation in regular and extraordinary inventories of finished products
