Digital Training Design Intern
Job Description
- Supporting the internal Sales & Marketing Training Academy with coordination, maintenance and communication worldwide
- Supporting the team with preparation, creation and maintenance of e-learning contents (e.g. inhouse video creation & post-production, presentations, digital learning infrastructure etc.)
- Supporting language adaptations
- Training coordination and organization, incl. qualitative/quantitative analyses, technical assistance and facilitation support
- Drive digitalization of the training business (e.g. AI tools, digital processes and contents, data base).
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English, further languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) would be an advantage
- High digital affinity (e.g. AI tools, digital learning infrastructure)
- Initial practical experience with relevant graphics, image and video editing programs is a great advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Familiarity with Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word…)
- Familiarity with PowerBI would be an advantage
- High ability to work in an international team
