Key Responsibilities:

Communicate daily with U.S. drivers and customers
Plan and coordinate routes and deliveries
Track shipments and resolve any issues on the road
Work closely with other dispatchers and departments to ensure smooth operations

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Team-oriented mindset
