E-Invoicing Operator – French Language (m/f)

You will be responsible for supporting implementation and stabilization of the Tradeshift project globally. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.
- Support implementation and stabilization of the Tradeshift project
- Execute on-boarding campaigns
- 1st level Tradeshift support for all our suppliers
- Assist supplier (if necessary) with registration or sending first electronic invoice
- Finish set up in Tradeshift (connection properties)
- Create reports about campaigns
- Update and maintain documentation and faq’s
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent knowledge of the French language
- PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- Minimum high school diploma
- High level of motivation and discipline
- Attention to detail and result oriented
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Interested in digitization and Financial IT
