This role is 100% in-office, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know — from sourcing and screening drivers to guiding them through onboarding. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced team where your growth and success are our priority.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Learn to find and connect with truck drivers across multiple platforms
Conduct phone interviews and help drivers through the onboarding process
Build and maintain relationships with driver leads
Track recruitment progress and assist with performance goals
Collaborate closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams

What We’re Looking For:

No prior recruiting experience required — full training provided
Friendly, outgoing personality and love for connecting with people
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working Monday–Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM, on-site
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
