Finance Assistant (Temporary internship, 6 months duration)

Purpose
As a Finance Assistant at Roche, you will help the company manage its financial tasks and responsibilities. This role plays a critical part in streamlining financial processes and ensuring that financial tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Serve as a Finance Assistant:
- Processing and preparation for posting employees' travel expenses
- Preparation for posting incoming invoices
- Collection and preparation of data for the reconciliation of incoming invoices by employee and cost center
- Coordination with suppliers
- Creation of new HCP providers in the system and data verification
- Administrative support to the accounting team during the monthly closing period
- Verification of records, classification, and storage of recorded documentation in the archive
- Performing all duties requested by the line manager, in accordance with their physical and professional skills
Serve as an Administrative Assistant:
- Receiving mail by post
- Filing of incoming and outgoing documentation
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering phone calls
- Processing incoming mail
- Booking plane tickets for employees
Requirements & Qualifications
- You are a final-year student of the Faculty of Economics or a similar field
- You are proficient in written and oral communication, both in Serbian and English
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
- You possess good communication, persuasion, and explanation skills
- You are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- You possess solid interpersonal and teamwork skills
