Foreign Trade Internship
Job Description
- Processing export documentation and conducting follow-up processes for export operations in the EMEA region
- Preparing export/import data for customs operations through SAP/GTS (various entities in the EMEA region)
- Communicating with Robert Bosch factories and sales departments to ensure proper closure of export transactions and correct classification of goods according to the customs tariff
- Organizing the group mailbox – managing ESM tickets
- Supporting reporting and creating KPI reports (regular and ad hoc)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proactive team player with exceptional communication skills
- SAP knowledge will be considered an advantage
