What You'll Do
Documentation Management
- Process and maintain transport and operational documentation accurately and efficiently
- Review records and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Verify information and resolve discrepancies to maintain data integrity
- Enter, update, and track operational information within company systems
- Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow status
- Generate and update reports as required to support operational activities
- Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners
- Assist in ensuring transport activities are executed smoothly and efficiently
- Task Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Track pending activities and ensure deadlines are consistently met
- Escalate urgent issues or exceptions when necessary
- Help maintain service quality through proactive communication and follow-through
Who We're Looking For
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work rotational shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)
- Good computer literacy and confidence using business applications and office systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
