Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests
Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards
Build lasting relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented service
Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to maximize guest experience and revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

Proficient in using computer systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
Fluency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Strong listening skills and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
A positive, energetic, and sales-minded approach
Ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
