As an Intern in the Global Project Management Office, you will be part of our PMO team within Global Project Management. This department oversees STADA’s new pipeline projects from development to market launch. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in managing innovative pipeline projects, working with data, exploring AI applications, and automating processes in a global environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the PMO team and project managers.
- Develop and maintain databases to track pipeline projects.
- Collaborate on Power BI reports and perform data analysis.
- Validate data and explore AI integration in project management.
- Contribute to process automation using MS Power Automate.
- Create presentations, training materials, and interactive resources.
- Prepare meetings and manage access rights.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A student in natural sciences, economics, computer science, or related fields with an IT focus.
- Some experience in data analysis, Power BI, DAX, SQL, or databases is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Interest in process automation and AI applications in business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good analytical skills.
- Strong English conversational skills
