We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Minimum high school education; candidates with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer relations, motivation and passion to work in hospitality industry
• Ability to present oneself in a professional manner
• Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations is a strong preference
• Ability to work in shifts

Your duties will be:

• Providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers in line with Hyatt standards
• Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Communication Center department within the Rooms Division
• Answering phone calls in kind and professional manner
• Being at clients’ disposal during telephone communication inside/outside the hotel
