We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Minimum high school education; candidates with Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent will be preferred
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer relations, motivation and passion to work in hospitality industry
- Ability to present oneself in a professional manner
- Minimum 6 months work experience in hotel operations is a strong preference
- Ability to work in shifts
Your duties will be:
- Providing an excellent and consistent level of service to our customers in line with Hyatt standards
- Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Communication Center department within the Rooms Division
- Answering phone calls in kind and professional manner
- Being at clients’ disposal during telephone communication inside/outside the hotel
