As an HR Administration Intern, you will assist the HR team in a variety of tasks, learning valuable skills along the way.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records ensuring confidentiality.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and paperwork.
  • Helping with the preparation, organization, and filing of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and forms.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming mails from employees and resolving their requests.
  • Maintaining and updating all relevant employee databases and personal records.
  • Ensure that tasks and initiatives are delivered on time, and with highest quality.

Requirements:

  • Students in the final years of bachelor and master's studies, preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn about HR processes and operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Enthusiasm about integrating with others and with great communication skills providing excellent co-worker experience on a daily level.
  • Possessing good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and both written and spoken English.
