HR Administration Internship
Job Description
- Supporting Human Resources Service center (in Hungary) at Belgrade location
- Handling and organizing HR-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Supporting the processing of employee records, contracts, and other essential paperwork
- Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
- Supporting the coordination of communication between employees and the HR Service Center
Qualification
- Student or graduate in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related fields
- Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of email communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Previous experience in administration is a plus
